At C Teleport, we are transforming corporate travel by combining automation, machine learning and pragmatic commercial insight. As an Office Manager (Junior) you will provide operational support across facilities, procurement and office administration to ensure a productive, safe and efficient workplace. You will work closely with People, Finance, IT and wider teams to deliver excellent internal service and help scale our office operations as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day office administration: manage supplies, reception duties, mail and couriers, and ensure communal areas are organised and well stocked.
Support facilities management: liaise with building management and external vendors for repairs, cleaning, health & safety checks and access control.
Onboard new starters: arrange desk set-up, welcome packs, orientation logistics and IT access in partnership with People and IT teams.
Assist with procurement and vendor management: obtain quotes, raise purchase requests, track deliveries and maintain accurate records.
Organise meetings and events: coordinate internal meetings, all‑hands, team socials and occasional external events, including catering and room bookings.
Support health, safety and compliance: maintain incident logs, help coordinate risk assessments and contribute to emergency preparedness activities.
Maintain office documentation and processes: update supplier lists, on-/off-boarding checklists and office handbooks to reduce friction and scale operations.
Provide general administrative support to teams and leadership as required, including expense handling and calendar coordination.
Requirements
1–2 years’ experience in office administration, facilities, or a similar support role, ideally within a tech or fast‑paced environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise professionally with colleagues and external vendors. Working proficiency in Dutch is a big plus.
Practical problem-solving mindset and customer-service orientation: comfortable resolving issues proactively and escalating when necessary.
Proficient with common office tools (G Suite/Microsoft 365), booking systems and basic procurement or expense workflows.
Flexible and collaborative approach: willing to support occasional out-of-hours events and adapt to changing business needs.
Knowledge of health & safety or facilities regulations is desirable but not essential.
Mandatory office presence on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday to support the team during peak office days. Remaining days are flexible for remote work.
