Field Marketing Manager
Own C Teleport’s events, webinars, trade press and partner marketing — turning relationships into measurable enterprise pipeline across global crew travel.
Some channels only work when someone builds the relationship. Trade shows, industry conferences, the trade press our buyers read, the software partners whose customers are already our customers. That's the part of marketing you'd own.
We're a B2B travel platform for crew travel, serving global fleets, offshore operators and airlines. Enterprise buyers, multiple stakeholders, considered purchases, and an industry small enough that the same people keep showing up in the same rooms.
You'd report to the VP Marketing, with a freelance event coordinator handling logistics so your time goes to the programme rather than the shipping crates.
What you'll do
Own our event programme end to end: which events we attend, what we do there, and what comes out of it
Work with our sales team to fill the calendar before each event and to make sure every lead gets worked afterwards. You build the play and hold the process; they have the conversations
Own webinars and online events as a programme: the angle, the speakers, the audience, the follow-through
Build our press presence: relationships with the trade media our buyers read, and the stories worth pitching
Develop our integration partners into a marketing channel: joint content, joint webinars, and campaigns into a customer base that already looks like ours
Run ABM campaigns against named target accounts alongside sales
Manage the event freelancer and the budget
How we work
We're building an agentic marketing team. AI is part of how the work gets done here, from account research to content to reporting, and everyone uses it daily. You should be comfortable with AI tools and ideally fluent, including for the research and personalisation that named-account campaigns run on.
Our stack: HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, Power BI, Apollo, and a growing set of automation and AI tooling.
What success looks like in month 6
You've run a full cycle of events and webinars that produced pipeline you can point at, our name is starting to come up in the rooms and the trade press that matter, and at least one integration partner is producing opportunities with us.
What we're looking for
You've planned and run B2B enterprise events end to end, including the budget
You've worked through a sales team rather than around it, and you can get people to follow a process you designed without managing them
You've owned what happens after an event, and you talk about conversion rather than attendance
You've run webinars or online events as a programme rather than as one-offs
You read the numbers behind a channel well enough to decide what to scale and what to drop
You use AI tools in your daily work and can show us how
Nice to have
Press or media relationships in B2B or enterprise technology
Experience building co-marketing with technology or integration partners
Experience briefing external agencies
Any exposure to maritime, aviation or energy
What you get
Full ownership of a set of channels that matter to this business, from your first day
Room to shape the role as our external presence grows, across events, press and partnerships
A path to build a team under you as the programme scales
Direct line to the VP Marketing for the calls that matter
A gross monthly salary in the range of €4,800–€5,500
A hybrid setup with three days a week together in our Rotterdam office, working with an international team
25 days of paid time off, plus 30 work-from-abroad days per year
Interview process
A call with HR, a call with the VP of Marketing, then a final call with our CEO.
